Mutual Aid in Averill Park
On July 7th, 2022, Taborton was dispatched for a mutual aid assignment to Averill Park fire district. On arrival, Averill Park command had a signal 30 fully involved structure fire and requested additional companies. Rescue 37 is now replaced!
On May 17th, 2022, Taborton took delivery of our newest apparatus, First Response-37. This truck will replace Rescue-37 and is outfitted with a compliment of EMS supplies, seating for five people, and rear back up camera.

In 2016, the Taborton residents saw their TAX dollars working for them. After many years of saving tax dollars, the Fire Commissioners were able to purchase a new piece of apparatus for the Department. Signal 30 structure fire
Taborton Vol Fire department had a signal 30 structure fire at 640 Taborton Road around 1700HRS. Responding Mutual Aid Fire Depts: Averill Park, West Sand Lake, Hoags Corners, Poestenkill, Wynantskill, Best Luther and Sand Lake Ambulance.
