As with many volunteer organizations, membership numbers are becoming critically low. Without adequate numbers, our ability to respond to calls within the district can be impacted. Please consider reaching out and joining us today, and seeing all the benefits of helping your community!

Pizza Night

This coming Saturday (August 16) Taborton Fire Company will be hosting our monthly Pizza Night again! We will be making and selling our pizzas, which have been voted "Best Pizza on the Mountain", from the Zion's United Church of Christ's Fellowship Hall on Little Bowman from 4:00-7:00, or until we sell out! Burn Ban

The New York State (NYS) burn ban is in effect from March 16 to May 14 each year to reduce the risk of wildfires. During this period, all residential brush burning is prohibited statewide.

Naloxone is a medication approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) designed to rapidly reverse opioid overdose. It is an opioid antagonist—meaning that it binds to opioid receptors and can reverse and block the effects of other opioids, such as heroin, morphine, and oxycodone. Mutual Aid in Averill Park

On arrival, Averill Park command had a signal 30 fully involved structure fire and requested additional companies. Taborton Vol Fire department had a signal 30 structure fire at 640 Taborton Road around 1700HRS. Responding Mutual Aid Fire Depts: Averill Park, West Sand Lake, Hoags Corners, Poestenkill, Wynantskill, Best Luther and Sand Lake Ambulance.
