On July 7th, 2022, Taborton was dispatched for a mutual aid assignment to Averill Park fire district. On arrival, Averill Park command had a signal 30 fully involved structure fire and requested additional companies. Taborton members worked hand in hand with over 15 other departments throughout Rensselaer county  battling multiple buildings on fire and ensuring water supply operations went smoothly. 37-6 responded to this call around 10:30 AM and was back in service around 6:30 PM.
